Ticket Purchase Policy
All tickets purchased are rain or shine ticketed events. There is a strict no refund policy on all tickets purchased. In the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled from the original performance date, ticket refunds may be issued on a case by case basis. Original tickets purchased for rescheduled events will still be valid for entry if rescheduled within a reasonable time frame, as determined by the ticketing provider for the event. Any refund information due to event cancellation will be available through the ticketing provider for the specific event and posted on this website.
Each ticket purchased is good only for the event in which it is issued and is not transferable. Each ticket is a limited revocable license and may be revoked and admission refunded at the sole discretion of Plugged-In Productions. Plugged-In Productions reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose actions are deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. In addition, Plugged-In Productions is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen.
